Discharge of Condition No. 3 of DC/20/4023/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Internal and external alterations to existing dwelling - Details of any new vents, extractor fans grills, flues -including location on plans and elevations, appearance/size material and colour. Details of any external soil and vent/waste pipes, including location on plans and elevations. Details of the installation of M&E (if not free standing) to be supplied and agreed in writing by the Council be required to give a view on acceptability Large scale joinery details of all new internal doors, architraves, skirtings, staircase, balustrades etc. including ironmongery as applicable and finish. Details of how DF6 is to be fixed shut in a reversible way. The material, size and profile/section of the rainwater gutters/ downpipes including finish and colour.
