Discharge of Conditions No 9, 11 & 20 of DC/21/3527/VOC - Variation of Condition 2 of DC/20/1293/VOC - Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/16/3514/FUL - Erection of 6 dwellings. Provision of public open space and allotments - plans as approved: Phasing Plan to enable the plots to be sold separately and allow the development to progress in phases (ie facilitating self builds) and revised design of Plot 6 - The positioning and configuration of Plot 6 has been changed to better suit the site topography and to reduce the impact of the building position on Rose Cottage. Minor changes have been made to the elevations of all plots to improve appearance and buildability.
