Listed Building Consent - Remove existing metal roofing material from single-story building and replace with fibreglass and solar panels. Fully insulate and plasterboard. Remove internal stud walls and construct a corridor for access to the upstairs flat. Install new kitchen and bathroom in upstairs flat, install new wiring for first floor flat. Within bathroom install new rear facing wooden window and extractor fan. Install secondary double glazing on upper floors of flat. Repaint where required Repair roof where leaks are identified. Insulate loft space. Install new door access for ground floor shop in external wall.
