Discharge of Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of DC/25/3234/LBC - Alterations to The Clyffe Hotel to Create Short-Stay Self-Catering Accommodation - details of the construction materials and finishes (including brick/stone types, bonding, mortar mix, and plaster/finish specification as appropriate), detailed drawings and specifications (including elevations, sections, materials, finish, and ironmongery), detailed drawings and specifications, details of the new external metal access stairs to the rear yard (including design, materials, finish, and method of fixing to the building). All new internal door openings shall be finished with frames and architraves to match those existing elsewhere in the building, No external vents shall be installed until a specification (including size, material, colour, and finish), All new external soil and vent pipes shall be constructed in painted cast metal only and Prior to commencement of works affecting external walls, an elevation drawing shall be submitted
