The property is currently used as rented bedsits for local workers and contains an active and independent ground floor restaurant run by the Guest House proprietor. Creation of 3 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats and 1 x 1 bedroom self-contained flat through conversion, and extension / alteration of the rear 1980's addition. The proprietor's existing ground floor flat is to be retained and renovated as part of the proposal.
