Certificate of Lawful Use (Existing) - These units 7/9 America House were leased by the Cake Shop Bakery from January 2017 to July 2021 . Then it was taken over by Harvey and Co ( SRH Allen LTD ) from August 2021 to the 13th of May 2026. Both leases were done by Solicitors. Both baked bread and sold there products and had a cafe . Honey and Harvey ( Grentian LTD ) are taking a ten year lease on the property , to also use this as a cafe and a bakery .
