Site wide works to include: Reconfiguration of existing pitches to provide x19 serviced pitches and x1 Universally Accessible pitch (x3 additional pitches in total); demolition of the existing toilet block and construction of a replacement toilet block with roof-mounted PV panels; relocation and upgrading of the existing children's play area; installation of upgraded grasscrete arrival/visitor parking bays to include x1 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging bollard with two outlets; construction of a combined new reception and tractor store building; siting of a new static caravan for site manager within the existing site manger compound; siting of a new static caravan for site manager within a new compound (following demolition of the existing reception and storage building); installation of replacement Calor Gas compound and provision of a short section of internal site access road.
