Non Material Amendment of DC/20/3890/OUT - Outline Application (With Some Matters Reserved) - Residential development for up to 75 dwellings, with associated open space, including community orchards and allotments, along with play space and integrated public rights of way. - Wording to Condition 18 - "Within one month of the date of this decision, details of the play area, including its layout, equipment, surfacing, fencing and associated landscaping, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The play area shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and made available for use within three months of the date of that approval. The play area shall thereafter be retained and maintained in accordance with the approved details. Notwithstanding the above, all other soft and hard landscaping details shall be as approved under application DC/23/1523/DRC."
