Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 4 of DC/20/4022/FUL - Proposed single storey rear extension, detached garage, garden pool and associated works - o Detail of the bricks for garage, including manufacturer, type, size, texture, colour, brick bond, mortar type, joint finish to be supplied and agreed in writing by the Council. o Large scale details/sections through the eaves and gable to the garage, showing fascia, soffit and verges o Details of how the lintels to the openings are to be formed, including details of materials, finish and colour. o Large scale joinery details/ manufacturers details of all external doors/door frames to the Garage, including material, vertical and horizontal sections, ironmongery, finish and colour. o Details of the steps, side wall and piers, and any other walls, showing heights, sections and materials (including brick/brick bond/mortar/stone/cappings or copings). o Details of the swimming pool including the surround, internal finish and colour together with details of the pool cover, sections/ details of how it is to be accommodated within the structure of the pool, its relation to the surface of the water and colour and Rainwater goods to garage shall be of cast metal.
