DC/18/4891/TCA | Rear garden 1 x Flowering Cherry - Fell to ground level Reason: The roots are starting to heave 18 Fen Lane concrete access passage way and also causing cracking to the block work boundary wall of 13 New Road. Within our own garden the roots are exposed on the surface. As attached the sketch indicates the tree is close to Number 13 New Road and the garages of 18 & 20 Fen Lane. For the foregoing reasons coupled with the wind sail effect in bad weather we consider there is now a risk of the tree causing increasing damage to neighbours and our own property. We are therefore giving notice of our wish to remove the tree in order to eliminate any further damage risk. | 20 Fen Lane Beccles Suffolk NR34 9BB
