DC/21/4418/FUL | We wish to reinstate a pre-existing car port. The previous structure was removed during renovation works in 2019. It was composed of scaffolding poles and corrugated plastic, and had been in place for at least twenty years. We propose reinstating the car port with materials to make it more visually appealing, and in keeping with the recently renovated property and its surroundings. The proposal is to create a cart lodge of reasonable size and scale. It would be constructed with an oak frame facing the road and a pitched roof covered in red tiles. The new open fronted car port will be in the style of a Suffolk barn, to compliment the character cottage at the front of the site and to provide practical amenity. | Flint Cottage The Street Middleton Suffolk IP17 3NJ
