Minimize the alterations to the historic building as much as possible and return to the original layouts of 1814 extensions. Internal corridor behind Bedroom 2 removed. New shower and bathroom created behind Bedroom 2 reusing old door opening. Remove 1983 corridor on ground floor to create a new hall. Lower floor in area of downstairs kitchen/back hall and conservatory to legal permitted level 2250 from existing 1850mm. Install under floor heating in lime concrete slabs and microbore pipes in other rooms in 20mm chipboard. Demolish 1983 rear extension and conservatory. Create new rear family kitchen and family room with access to garden. Move existing kitchen and make a utility and WC area. Create new door to rear yard from back hall. Open old kitchen window to new family room to make a music room. Reopen old dining room door to rear to hall. Partial Demolish old Garages and rebuild as green house with Airsource hybrid heat pump behind it. Create new staircase to upper level and stair to basement in new room.
