Variation of Condition Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of DC/18/3713/FUL - Alterations and Change of Use - Conditions 4, 5, and 6 be replaced with a single, flexible condition that permits Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) use across the property. This will allow the front to be used for retail, the rear for a taproom/food space - please note, currently no food will be prepared on site, but we would like the flexibility of doing so in future - and the upper floor for offices or associated business use, with the flexibility to adapt these spaces as the business grows.
